When you create a store or use Comero tools, you remain responsible for your business, its content, and your transactions with customers.
Provide accurate, current information, protect your login credentials, and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
You are responsible for the products or services you list, prices, descriptions, inventory, permits, taxes, invoices, shipping and return policies, and compliance with laws that apply to your business.
Sales of your products or services are between you and your customers. You are responsible for fulfilling orders, customer support, and required disclosures. Using the platform does not by itself make :brand a party to your sale.
Do not use the platform for unlawful or fraudulent activity, interfere with its operation, or access another person’s account or data without authorization. Access may be restricted in response to a breach or security risk, subject to rights provided by law.
Plan details, price, billing cycle, and features are shown before you confirm a subscription and may vary by plan or offer.
The plan you select applies to your account at the price, billing cycle, features, and limits shown when you subscribe. Any trial period, fee, or tax will be described in the order before you complete it.
Fees are due according to the payment method and billing cycle shown at checkout. If a plan renews automatically, the renewal dates and cancellation method will be disclosed before you confirm. A failed payment may lead to suspension of plan features after appropriate notice.
You may request a plan change or stop renewal through the options available in your account or through support. Your account or order notice will explain when the change takes effect and how it affects fees. Cancellation alone is not a request for a refund of previous payments.
Refund requests are handled under the applicable order terms and laws. This policy does not exclude any right to cancel, receive a refund, or obtain a remedy provided by applicable law.
We work to operate and maintain the service, but it may be temporarily affected by maintenance, outages, or third-party services. The platform does not guarantee a particular sales volume or business result.
The referral program lets a partner earn commissions on eligible transactions under the applicable plan and entitlement period.
Participation is subject to partner approval and account activation. Use the approved referral code or link as instructed. A store registering with your code alone does not guarantee a commission, and we do not guarantee that referrals will convert into paid subscriptions.
A commission is earned only after an eligible payment associated with a valid referral is confirmed. Failed, cancelled, or refunded payments do not qualify. Transactions suspected of duplication or abuse may be reviewed before approval.
The commission rate and entitlement period are set for each plan or partner offer and are disclosed in the applicable plan details or approved partner agreement before they take effect. The entitlement period starts with the first successful eligible payment, not the registration date.
When a store moves to another plan, the new plan’s rate applies from its effective date according to the commission-period record. An upgrade does not restart the entitlement period, and it does not change a commission already earned and recorded.
Each eligible commission is recorded with its currency, amount, and rate at the time it is earned. It may be reviewed and approved before payout, using the method and schedule communicated by the program. Partners must provide accurate payout details and meet their tax obligations.
Partners may not create self-referrals, use misleading messages, impersonate the platform, or make unauthorized promises. Clearly disclose the referral relationship and any financial benefit when promoting a referral link.
These terms apply to use of the platform and partner program alongside any plan-specific terms or agreement.
The platform, its marks, and software remain the property of their respective owners. You receive a right to use the service during your subscription and under these terms; ownership of the platform or its components does not transfer to you.
We may update this policy to clarify the service or reflect changes to it. We will publish the new version and its update date and provide notice where appropriate. A change will not retroactively alter commissions already earned and recorded.
These terms are interpreted consistently with applicable law. If a provision conflicts with a mandatory legal right, that right remains protected and the provision applies only to the extent permitted by law.
Please contact us first using the details below so we can try to resolve a question or issue. This does not prevent either party from contacting the relevant authorities or exercising available legal rights.
